Tiffany Hild, M.B.A., Psy.D. heads a human resources consulting firm that supplies staffing and professional development solutions to companies and public safety organizations. Providing timely, focused feedback, Professional Leverage, Incorporated (PLI) builds lasting relationships with clients based upon our reliability and integrity. We have collaborated with the human resource departments at organizations as diverse as law enforcement and fire departments, multinational corporations, small businesses, and financial institutions since our founding in 1999.
PLI uses valid, reliable, timely applications for rapid assessment. These state-of-the-art assessment, coaching, and training tools combined with our professional counsel facilitate "real-time" results.
The Founder
Tiffany Hild,
the founder of Professional Leverage,
Incorporated,
has held leadership positions in financial services marketing, restaurants, the
entertainment industry, and human services organizations.
She has consulted for a broad range of clients, including public safety
agencies, retail chains,
manufacturing and mining operations, financial services and banking
organizations, medical facilities, realty,
and professional services companies. Her
expertise is in staffing for success.
Dr. Hild took her undergraduate training at Luther College in Iowa, where she studied both Economics and Management. She earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Irvine, focusing on human resources and organizational development. While in the program, she also took the opportunity to study abroad in Hungary. She went on to specialize in the areas of behavioral and psychological assessment by earning her doctorate in psychology (Psy.D.) from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. Dr. Hild has also completed The Reid Technique: Hiring the Best, Interviewing for Integrity program along with other continuing education training.
Providing guidance and support to agencies and
individuals is the focus of Dr.
Hild's work. She uses her expertise in both the
principles of management and the theories of human behavior to assess job
applicants, identify training recommendations, and serve as an executive coach
to improve a person’s and company’s performance. Her pre-employment
assessments for public safety agencies (law enforcement and fire service) include a hiring recommendation and targeted
areas of concern for the hiring authority, background investigators, and polygraphers to review.
Dr Hild has also served as Part-time Faculty at Metro State College of Denver.
Dr. Hild is an active member in the American Psychological Association (APA), APA Division 14 - Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, APA Division 18 - Psychologists in Public Service, APA Division 23 - Society for Consumer Psychology, APA Division 41 - American Psychology-Law Society, the Society for Human Resources Management, the Colorado Human Resource Association, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police, the Colorado Law Enforcement Officers Association, and the Association for Threat Assessment Professionals. Additionally, she is a licensed psychologist in Colorado and in Wyoming, with potential license reciprocity in various other states. In her spare time, she serves as a volunteer with the Arvada Police Department in Colorado, seeks opportunities for ongoing training and development, and hikes through some of the parks when weather permits.
